Every house in the register has one nightly rate. We set it ourselves, and it is the rate the house is listed at wherever you find it. On this site we take 10% off that rate — every date, both houses. There is no code to enter and nothing to claim: the calendar you book from already shows the lower figure.

Every night at these houses is published here at 10% below the rate we list on the booking platforms. Always — no code, no conditions, and no season it does not apply to.

How it is kept

It is not a banner on this page. The 10% comes off in our pricing code, before a rate reaches the site at all: every night we read from our booking system has it applied before the figure is shown to you, and before it is quoted to you. There is no page here that can display the undiscounted rate, and no enquiry that can be sent at it.

What it does not cover
  • The cleaning fee, which is charged in full whichever way you book.
  • Instant confirmation. Every enquiry is answered by a person, not a machine.

How it works

  1. One rate

    Each house is listed at a single nightly rate, set by us rather than by a platform.

  2. Less 10%

    Every night quoted on this site is that rate less 10%. The calendar already shows the reduced price, so the figure you read is the figure we charge.

  3. Why it is ours to give

    A booking that arrives through a platform carries a commission, and we pay it out of the rate. One that arrives here carries none. The 10% is a cost we no longer have — not a promotion we can withdraw next week.

  4. On the nights

    The saving applies to the nightly rate. Cleaning is charged in full, whichever way you book:

    • Bluebell House — £200, charged in full
    • The Grand at Harrods — £150, charged in full

We answer by hand

There is no instant booking here, and this page would rather say so than let you find out at the end of a form. You choose your dates, send them, and a person checks them against the calendar and writes back.

An enquiry takes no payment and holds no dates. Nothing is reserved, and nothing is charged, until we confirm it.
