Exclusive use from 4pm to 11am the next day: every room, the pool, gardens and terraces, the overnight stay for up to 11, an on-site events manager, tables and chairs, and parking. Catering, drinks and styling are arranged separately.
We do — catering, styling and photography are in-house, planned with you once your date is confirmed. If you'd rather bring your own suppliers, just ask: accredited outside teams can be arranged.
The stay is part of every booking, not an extra. Up to 11 guests sleep over across 5 bedrooms, linen and housekeeping included, with checkout at 11am. Tell us who's staying when you send your request.
Amplified music outdoors until 9:30pm and indoors until midnight — and since everyone's staying, the night carries on quietly indoors after that.
Once we've confirmed your booking, we'll send a 25% deposit invoice to secure your date. The balance is due 60 days before your event, and a £500 refundable damage deposit is returned within 7 days afterwards.
